- Cayucos Community Art Gallery
A non-profit corporation, located at the entrance of the famous Cayucos Pier. The Gallery features a variety of art forms reflecting the diversity of artistic talent in the community, drawings, paintings, photographs, ceramics, sculptures, notepaper, and cards.

- Black Hill

- California Coastal Trail
The path is mostly flat, except for some dipping in and out of ravines. The sight of Morro Rock looming in the misty distance will make the hike memorable. Read more | directions
- Estero Bluffs
Located north of Cayucos and west of Highway One. The property is approximately 355 acres consisting of grassland-dominated coastal terrace that slopes from Highway One to the Pacific Ocean. From Cayucos Pier to Villa Creek is 9 miles round trip.
- Montaña de Oro
This park features over 8,000 acres of rugged cliffs, secluded sandy beaches, coastal plains, streams, canyons, and hills, including 1,347-foot Valencia Peak.

- Limekiln State Park
The park features breathtaking views of the Big Sur Coast, the beauty of the redwoods, the rugged coast and the cultural history of limekilns. The park has 33 campsites.
- Montaña de Oro
Located just inland from Spooner Cove, the park’s 40 primitive campsites beside Islay Creek have tables and woodstoves.

- San Simeon State Beach
204 camping units with RV spaces and dumping station. Call (805) 927-4509 for info. Campground Reservations can be made from March 15 to September 30 by calling 1-800-444-PARK (7275).
